Most of my life I have been a seeker, looking for my purpose, how to support others, how to "fix" the things in my life that were not working for me. It led me to places, both dark and deep and light and harmonious.
Ultimately, I found myself on a journey of development, growth, inquiry, and great learning to find clarity around what it is that truly brings me joy. This exploration of self has allowed me to experience true connection, empathy, authenticity, kindness, integrity, courage, confidence and joy within myself that I am enjoying sharing with others. As I explored the depths of my soul in search of my purpose I have met mentors, teachers, courses and experiences that have brought me to the realization that my greatest joy is found in the
deep connections I create with people.
This has opened up a space for me to truly connect with my heart to discover my passion. I have found that I am passionate about supporting others to step into their greatness in powerful ways.
In January of 2019, I started on a 9-month journey to become a Certified Professional Coach. I believe this learning, in combination with my 12 years of working in the medical field as well as my studies in alternative healing modalities, makes me uniquely positioned to skillfully support people and practitioners as they move forward in their lives and with their practices.
Just so we are on the same page, coaching is not therapy nor is it advice giving. Coaching is a professional relationship that aims to facilitate the creation and development of personal, professional and business goals.
